EXCHANGE POLICY

At Flex Boots, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request an exchange subject to the following conditions.

Exchange Period

Customers may request an exchange within 7 calendar days of receiving their order.

Requests submitted after 7 days will not be accepted.

 

Exchange Eligibility

To qualify for an exchange:

  • The product must be in its original packaging.

  • All tags, labels, accessories, and inserts must be included.

  • Proof of purchase must be provided.

 

Non-Exchangeable Items

The following products are not eligible for exchange:

  • Products showing signs of wear or damage.

  • Customized or personalized items.

  • Clearance or final sale items.

  • Products returned without original packaging.

 

Incorrect or Defective Items

If you receive:

  • An incorrect product.

  • A manufacturing defect.

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographs showing the issue.

Once approved, Flex Boots will arrange an exchange at no additional cost.

 

Exchange Shipping Costs

If the exchange is due to:

Our Error

  • Wrong product sent.

  • Manufacturing defect.

Flex Boots will cover the shipping costs.

Customer Request

  • Size change.

  • Preference change.

The customer is responsible for all return and reshipping costs.

 

No Refund Policy

Flex Boots does not offer refunds.
